Cowboy Mouth is New Orleans rock n' roll. In 2011 they will be trekking across the United States shouting at the top of their lungs the joys of being alive and from New Orleans with their 16th Annual Mardi Gras Tour.
Mardi Gras, the band's new EP, will be released in coordination with the tour. The album features four Mardi Gras classics: Professor Longhair's Go To The Mardi Gras, James 'Sugar Boy' Crawford's Iko Iko, Al Johnson's Carnival Time, Ernie K-Doe's Hurry Up And Know It, and an acoustic version of Cowboy Mouth's post Hurricane Katrina ballad Avenue.
