Remove light oxidation & stains on RV’s and boats

Meguiar’s Marine/RV M44 Color Restorer is an advanced formula to safely remove light oxidation and stains while reviving color and brilliance on all gel coat and fiberglass surfaces. Special diminishing abrasives and mild-cleaning agents gently clean to revive and restore the depth of shine and original luster. Meguiar’s Color Restorer can be applied by hand, da polisher, like, Meguiar’s MT300 Dual Action Polisher, or rotary buffer. For best results, use a high-speed rotary buffer with Meguiar’s Soft Buff Foam Cutting Pad. Remove light defects and boost gloss with this gentle marine polish.

For darker or more brilliant color, follow with Meguiar’s Marine/RV M45 High Gloss Polish to maximize depth of shine before applying a long-lasting protectant like Meguiar’s M63 Flagship Premium Marine Wax. *Polishing is an optional step that’s most effective at providing more depth of shine on darker colors. Tips & suggestions for working with M44 Color Restorer

• Shake product well.
• Always apply on a cool surface and in the shade.
• Work in one section at a time.
• Keep off vinyl & rubber surfaces.

Working by hand: Dispense a small amount of the marine polish onto a Meguiar’s Foam Applicator or 100% cotton terry cloth towel and rub thoroughly into surface. Immediately wipe dry with a separate Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel or 100% cotton terry cloth towel. Repeat if needed working in sections.

Working by DA polisher: Work one section at a time with a Meguiar’s Red Foam Cutting Disc and the machine set at 4800 – 5800 OPM’s. Prime the pad by distributing a thin and even amount of marine polish/marine compound over the face of the pad.

With moderate pressure, work in a 2’ x 2’ section applying 2-3 overlapping passes, followed by light pressure for 2 passes. Wipe off residue before it dries with a fresh, clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber towel or 100% cotton terry cloth towel. Repeat if needed, work in sections.

Working by rotary buffer: Work in one section at a time with a Meguiar’s Soft Buff Red Foam Cutting Pad and the machine set to 1000 – 1500 RPM’s. Dispense a small amount of the cleaner/boat polish directly onto the surface being worked in a 2’ x 2’ area with overlapping passes. Continue working until a light film remains. Wipe off residue before it fully dries with a fresh, clean Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel or 100% cotton terry cloth towel. Repeat if needed working in sections.
