Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir Red Wine is made from 100% pinot noir. The culmination of many different blocks and clones from our Kayena and Rosevears Vineyards in the north of the Tamar Valley. A light ruby colour with hints of crimson. Elegant and yet complex nose showing aromas of red cherry and red currents against a background layer of spice and savoury notes. The redberry fruits are balanced by a good concentration of fine, soft, silky tannins and enough acidity to give definition to the finish which is long and persistent.
