Lovin' Body Organic Dried Whole Nutmeg is an intensely strong sweet-smelling aromatic spice that should be used sparingly as it can be overpowering in dishes. It is an ingredient in the Moroccan spice mix (ras el hanout) and the French (quatre spices). Adds spice to cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and meat ragouts. It is rich, fresh and aromatic.
